橄欖菜原料選用里仁架上的阿煥伯梅干菜,不含防腐劑及人工色素與鮮味劑。特別以日曝靜釀一年以上的黑豆醬油調味,讓橄欖菜更加香甘甜。以少油少鹽的理念,提供消費者安心的醬菜新選擇!

橄欖菜是源自於大陸潮汕地區的風味小菜,里仁以少油少鹽的理念,保留特色將並其改良,讓消費者多一個安心醬菜的新選擇,提供簡單料理的調理醬菜!
橄欖菜的芥菜原料採用里仁架上通過無農藥殘留檢測的阿煥伯梅干菜,不添加防腐劑、人工色素與鮮味劑。經過多次日光曝曬、發酵及風乾的梅干菜,料理前須先一片片人工清洗、挑選,用傳統的手工方式,做出最讓人安心的梅干菜。特地選用廠商自家釀造的黑豆醬油調味,黑豆醬油陶甕密封發酵,日曝靜釀一年時間,用光陰完整呈現黑豆原釀風味,讓橄欖菜入味散發出淡淡的香甘甜。
因為不使用人工甜味劑與鮮味劑,僅以自然食材調味,製作橄欖菜的龍宏廠商經過多次打樣、反覆試作,將橄欖菜調整至接近市面的風味。橄欖菜適合各種拌麵、粥飯,可以增加食物本身香氣與甜味,亦可活用於各種料理方式,如:蒸、燉煮、涼拌等,提升食物鮮味。
