材料:
小麥麵粉,蕎麥粉、鹽。

烹調指示:
蕎麥麵一般都是乾的,所以需要在熱水中煮熟。
  • 每90克麵條加進約1公升開水。攪拌麵條,然後停止加熱。待4-5分鐘
  • 瀝乾,並用冷水沖洗乾淨
  • 配以梅雨蘸醬和芥末冷上或以熱湯食均可。
